St1 to Sav/Sa1????

I want to play my MyOldBoy save to Visual Boy Advance. But the save file for MyOldBoy is st1 but Visual Boy Advance only reads Sa1 and Sav. I can't find a converter.
Can someone please help me!

im think saves can be changed by hex editor but i dont have clue how.
