Is there intellivision emulator for windows 10?

lets see according to zophar there is few http://www.zophar.net/ivision.html
of course no windows 10 (i cant see specs)

and according to game tronik nostalgia is only for Windows XP,Windows 7,Windows Vista
and acording to zophar http://www.zophar.net/ivision/intv.html this emulator can be rewriten to windows 10
but is written in Delphi/Pascal/Object Pascal called this language as you want sadly not Ansi C and C++ which i use (pascal is one of worst hardest programming languages ._.) so conclusion is there is no emulator for Windows 10/Windows 8.1 (Windows 8 with updates) those are two crappy OS'es if you have a chance please go back to Windows 7 i will not back to Pascal no possibilites everything is written in C and C++ because of portability (every platform (OS) and every machine (architecture) )
