I Was Playing Legend Of Zelda:Ocarina Of Time As Adult Link In The Lost Forest And The Screen Went Black. I Don't Want To Start The Game All Over. What Do I Do

I would assume you saved it at one point? Can you just go back the the last saved point? Just close the emulator and re run it, all saves should be there.
