Progress on PS3 emulator?

Hey everyone, it's been about 10 years since PS3's launch so I was checking back in to see if any progress had been made with a PS3 emulator and found this on the homepage:

"Once again we approach the release for the next generation of consoles, the Xbox One (November 22, 2013) and Playstation 4 (November 15, 2013). This means that just like last time with Xbox 360 and PS3, more than 7 years ago, there will be several sites that claim that they have emulators that allow you to run games. You should not believe that."

Any reason why emulators for these systems are taking longer than the others? Is anyone working on them?

Guess we'll have to wait a bit longer, but at least there are some great indie games to keep us busy

PS3 Emul will be legendary.

I guess it takes longer these days due to the more advanced hardware.
