Street Fighter EX wont work on my Mame emulator!

Hello, I was going to play all the Street Fighter games on my Mame emulator untell after I play Street Fighter 3 games, but I got a problem. You see, when I went to play Street Fighter EX, It won't work, so I thought "Mabye there's a bios I need for this". So I got the Mame ZN1 bios for Street Fighter EX. So I put it in my ROMs folder, and once again, "Missing Bios or CHD". Can any of you guy please help me with this. All help is appreciated.
