VisualBoyAdvance Speed up to fast

So i have a problem with VisualBoyAdvance when i click the speed up button it goes from 100% to 1000% - 2000% its way to fast is there any fix for it? I would like if i could get to double speed

Yeah, unless there is some branch of VBA that has this feature, I don't think there is a way to change it, ive been fiddling around with it for about 20 minutes with none of the things I tried working. Anyone else willing to give it a shot?

Throttle just make my game very laggy plus it dosen't help with the speed up
