Mega CD backups - beginner help needed!!

Hi guys,
I've just acquired a Mega CD and have become aware that I can play backup games burned onto CD-R's. I've done my research into how to do it and have been up to this point unsuccessful in getting them to play.

Can someone give me an idiot proof step by step guide to getting them to work?

The problems I have had up till now are as follows :

Saturn region changer that I was told will work with Mega CD images will not work.

Mega CD region changers will not work on win 10 64 bit.

I do not know how to change regions of.cue files, all the guides only tell me how to change regions of iso's.

This is as far as I have gotten! Not even started on converting audio yet! 😞

If using legitimate discs, you have to install a new BIOS in the Sega CD and install a region switch in the Genesis.

Yeah thanks for the help guys, however none of these articles help me with the issues I've had. The guides give you instructions on how to change ISO regions but not how to change the region of a CUE file.. Also, how do I get the convertors to work on Win 10?

its guides how hack console to run any region game :p
in emulator you just change bios
in giude you need flash your console than choose region free bios so its doesent what region will have your cd
hacked console run anything you read it ANYTHING!
