the amiga emulators lets u use a mouse to control them but i cant think of many others considering not many consoles have games that required a mouse.

PS2 can't be emulated well enough to play. Your search is hopeless

i dont see the point in emulating a current console anyway so y not go out and buy one. ps2s have gone down alot an u can get preowned ones for next to nuthin.
