Playstation Emulator

Hello all. I am sorry if this may appear simple and has been asked a hundred times but I am going crazy trying to get a Playstation emulator! I want to play Final Fantasy titles but everytime I get an emulator downloaded they need me to register for something or accept something or other! I only want to play the game! Can anyone please tell me where I can get to play the games with the least amount of hassle?

Oh I am on Windows 10 by the way. :)

anyway i read it win 10 may block software and games better change to win 7 and one more thing you got good bios?
also video and other plugins pack to psx and other emulators
