I just recently downloaded Project 64. I tried to install the Project64 SP 1 v2.0g patch with no success. I read "Clements update changelog" that came with the patch. It says, "To install, just double click the exe and browse to your PJ64 folder and then install it." I tried that and I'm not sure if I did it correctly but it didn't seem to work. Any help would be appreciated. Let me know if you need any additional information from me about the problem.

I copied project64.exe.manifest and paste it in my Project 64 folder. How do I install it from there?

Hello Milkrosoft, I use project64 for my 64 needs, it is weird how you are haveing this problem but try going here (http://www.emulator-zone.com/doc.php/n64/project64.html) and get the patch which will be downloaded as a .exe and just double click it and it will run the install wizard and you should be set after that. I did it my self just to be sure about it.

Thanks but I'm still not sure if it worked. At the installation wizard do I put it in my Project 64 folder? Also, when you load Project 64 with the patch, does it still say "Project64 Version 1.5" at the top of the window or should it say "Project64 Version 2.0"?

Yes install it to the project64 folder and it should ask you if you want to replace a file, say yes of course. As far as the virsion title changeing, mine did not....then again I don't know what the fixes are in the patch so I have no idea if it actualy did anthing besides replace a file. Sorry. :(

It only updates the help file and some of the names of the roms. It does not change the title. Here you can download the newest version, 3.0 (http://www.emutalk.net/showthread.php?t=20484).
You can also see the changelog there.
