Griffin Powermate Spinner in MameUI32 0.122u1

Noob question here... I'm trying to get a Griffin Powermate Spinner to be recognized in MameUI32 0.122u1 so I can play Tron, Tempest, etc. I cannot find the option to enable it. Can someone tell me what I am missing?
