Can't get mt controller to work on Kega Fusion

I'm trying to use my 360 controller in kega fusion but in the controller options there is no option for a controller just keyboard and mouse. Please help

Guessing because that 360 thing is xinput. Not many emulators support xinput to my knowledge? You could try an app like xpadder if you really want to use the 360.
