Im looking for a MARIO KART N64 ROM MOD with multiplayer battle mode com/bots

I want to play on my phone but I dont like Mkart unless Im playing battle mode but I cant play with a friend on a phone. I was wondering if there was a MOD of the game that allowed for a COM / BOT to play battle mode with you.

Unfortunately what you're asking requires coding, Nintendo originally didn't programmed an AI for battle mode, programmin a rom doesn't have anything to do with hacking/modding you just can rearrange scenes and models and you can't add extra features with that kind of caliber.

I'm afraid it's not possible.
