PS2 FMV sequences

Hello there, I've just registered on this forum, so I greet you all :)
My question: is there an utility program that allows you to view the movie sequences from PS2 games? I was thinking of the specific case of Final Fantasy X (the files seem to be *.IRX). If there is such a program, where can I find it?

I got PSXMC for PlayStation 1, but I'm not sure if there's one for PS2.
