i downloaded epsxe and now epsxecuter1063 is just sitting there all by itself
in its original folder(yes i have already extracted it) COULD SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT TO DO WITH IT

You don't really need it. Just download epsxe, the plugins and a bios and you are ready to go.
