Can anyone help me find a 3ds emulator that is real no virus no survey with bios? i would greatly appreciate it my computer doesnt have anti virus currently it ran out

There is an emulator called Citra. No, it is still in development and it doesn't played Pokemon yet. Give it a year. Right now, a few games are playable but still have a bugs.

If you really want to play Pokemon X and Y then buy it or wait patiently for a year or so.
