Nestopia and Mednafen servers between Russia and China

There are a lot of russian players who would like to play with chinese players in such games as Nekketsu series, Tecmo World Cup Soccer etc. But we don't have any servers for Nestopia and Mednafen between us.

So, we need help to find a solution for us to play. May be there is someone here located between us that can help with a server? Or may be there is another way to play without high ping and lags?
