NO MANS LAND FOR MAME

Hello Everyone,i am new to this forum and i need some ,i have an arcade machine running mame and game ex as a front end,i cannot get the game (rom) for NO MANS LAND to work with sound,does anyone have any ideas

The game is listed as having imperfect sound.

You should get a tune when pressing Start, after that is silence.
