Snes9x SRM Help

My snes9x emulator will not read my SRM file. Upon loading Earthbound, the new game screen appears instead of my save file that should be on my SRM. The SRM is in the saves folder and is named the same as the ROM. Does anyone know why snes9x won't read it?

What was it saved with? Not all emulators save in the same forum but can be converted.

It was saved with snes9x, the same version as well.

Nevermind. I have fixed the problem. This thread can be closed.
