Fusion 3.64 controller issue..... How do I save my controller settings?

Every time I open the Fusion 3.64 emulator to play Sega games, Im forced to reprogram all the buttons for the controller. It wont save the controller settings. Any solutions?

If you have a windows 8 computer, that has been reported befor. I forget the solution but I believe it had to do with admin rights on the computer. If this is not windows 8 and you are running this from a drive (not from a CD) check to see if the ini files are set to read only.
