Im using a PS4 controller plugged in to a USB plug. When I play PS2 games (for example GTA vice city), the controller doesnt vibrate when a car blows up.

I have not use a ps4 controller on a PC but you do have to set up vibration in PCSX2, is that what you are using? I would assume this advice would be similar. http://forums.pcsx2.net/Thread-Config-xbox-360-controller-vibration
