I decided to try this emulator so I could finally play Technic Beat, which was my favorite ps2 game from forever ago.
However, the emulator is not recognizing the iso, even though I'm putting it in what I assume is the right folder.
Advice? Am I just retarded?

Your not retarded but I think Sheep is, that or he is a bot, Ignore him. Normally this is because the ISO you have is no good for one reason or another. Are you running PCSX2 and using the default settings. PCSX2 is pretty good at reading ISOs, but you could try mounting it with software like daemon tools (http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0CB4QFjAA&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.daemon-tools.cc%2Fdownloads&ei=rgTiVLrsOZGRsQS9poGoCA&usg=AFQjCNEo9laUeIu5F9zR42BoZTRmHfXg1w&sig2=UPx0GCyF6BLzXkujFv4qpA&bvm=bv.85970519,d.cWc).
