Keys to control analog sticks

I want to use keys to control analog sticks. I found two programs that want to only let me control the analog sticks with a game pad or controller. I want to make it so the left analog stick up, down, left right are WSQE respectively, and the right analog stick up down left right are RFAD respectively.
