Moga Hero Power - Mobile Game Controller - Questions

I wanted to find out more about the multiplayer options for this controller from the company The reps. I talked to and the sellers I asked on Amazon didn't know if it can be played with emulated games in multiplayer mode. I have 2 of them and have made attempts at syncing both controllers to my android device - it hasn't worked yet. Is there anyone who knows if 2 to 4 controllers can be synced to the same android device and play emulated games with multiplayer options? Thanks.
