Zelda Collector's Edition Disc?

Someone told me that both the "Zelda Collector's Edition Disc" and the "Windwaker Disc" have legal copies of the OoT ROM that runs at higher resolutions than the original, any idea what 'discs' this person was talking about? I've never heard of them :\

Nintendo released a limited edition of Wind Waker. There was a bunus disk in the package that included OOT that could run in Gamecube.

Some people discovered that this was possible due to some kind of emulator and not thanks to a game conversion. The game was extracted from the disk and it can be used with a N64 emulator.

Now that you are talking about Zelda, I've downloaded Ocarina of Time: Master Quest version. What's the difference between this one and the original Ocarina of Time?

"Master Quest GC" to be exact :)

There are several changes that have to do with item and enemy locations.
