I do not have any problems runnig games.I just want to optimize. So you probably want to know what I got:
Acer aspire 5551-2036
ATI mobility radeon hd 4250:DirectX 10.1,Shader 4.0,shader speed & core speed:500MHz,Max shared memory:512mb
3GB DDR3
Amd P320 2.1ghz(MMX,3DNow!,SSE,SSE2,SSE3,SSE4a)
External monitor(screen on my laptop is cracked),Gateway FPD1730 17":1280 x 1024 native & what I run,aspect ratio 5:4,& 75Hertz.
I also have a FPD1960,basically the same but 19" & has DVI,which I can't use:( .Only have vga & hdmi on this laptop.
Anymore info you need, ill try.Not sure what all plugins I have for the epsxe. The versions is 1.9.0,I think thats the latest.

I very very much appreciate your time & help!
Almost forgot to add,how can I get rumble to work on a actual ps3 controller?I ended up switching back to my 360 controller.I would like to use the ps3 one simetimes though. It works fine but not the rumble,on epsxe

Your computer is an over kill for ePSXe, so worry not. I'm not sure what optimizing you want? Do you want speed or graphics? you also didnt list your plugs-ins. We need to know what you have it set to to offer help ( screen shot if you can ). I dont know anything about the ps3 controllers but ps2 with adapters rumble fine.

Fixed the image for you, will look at the setting later. Still need to know, what optimizing you want? Prettier, faster ?
