Try all the emulators and download all possible plugins you can find. If that doesn't work, I don't know what will.

I'm using "Mudlord's Rice video build 6.1.3 - DX9 on project64 2.0 , trying to get super mario 64 to load texture packs, the rom name is "Super Mario 64 (U)" i've tried changing the name to max the texture file name, still didn't work, wat do
