Operation Wolf - Need emulator help

Hey all. I'm looking to download some old arcade games, including my old fave, Operation Wolf. I found it, but need an emulator program to run it. Are there free emulator programs available, and if so, which one should I get? Are certain emulators needed for different games, i.e. Com64, Taito, Super Nintendo, Atari...?
