View Full Version : Best emulator frontend? Like a Home theater PC frontend

Looking to include my emulators in my Home theater PC. I'm looking for a nice way to present it, in the same way a frontend for say, Netflix would work. You search through box art for a game, when you find it it would show a couple of screen shots, a description of the game, whatever. I've looked into quickplay and hyperspin, what is the best one presentation-wise and the easiest to set up? Do they come pre-loaded with the box art and extra material or do you have to download it from somewhere?

Talks about the adv/dis adv some.

bit more on QuickPlay:

when you find it it would show a couple of screen shots, a description of the game, whatever. YES

I've looked into quickplay and hyperspin, what is the best one presentation-wise HyperSpin
and the easiest to set up? Quickplay

they come pre-loaded with the box art and extra material or do you have to download it from somewhere? Both require downlands. HS require member ship for some art QP does not.
