Pokemon Emerald ROM Sav File corrupted now?

So I was moving a Pokemon to my PC Box and then on the screen randomly popped up a bad egg and froze but still playing music and such but no keyboard buttons were doing anything so I thought "Hey why not save it while this just happened":D so I did now i'm stuck at the same screen except probably after 20 seconds goes by i'm redirected back to the new game menu, is this possible to fix?(Yes I was using 1 Gameshark Code while this happened but deleted to see if it would fix anything obviously didn't happen)

The best way to solve this problem in fact, is to use the Save Shift + F1, or try to restore older versions of battery in your PC (right click in the mouse, in Pokemon Emerald.sa1, for example). If it don't work, i believe that the bad Egg problem will be permanent, it normally happens when gameshark alters a great mechanic, like a illegal move, as you cited before.
