February 5th, 2005, 19:12

February 5th, 2005, 19:13

February 5th, 2005, 19:14
Try uninstalling your overclocking app.

February 5th, 2005, 19:16
wtf??? oc app?

February 5th, 2005, 19:18
i didnt use a app i used a reg key to enable some options in the display menu to overclock the card

February 6th, 2005, 03:16
ok.. try reinstalling the game. I don't really care how far you got. that's what you get for "playing with fire" :p.

February 6th, 2005, 04:03
Before doing so, backup your save directory, if there's one...

February 6th, 2005, 05:47
yeah, true...

February 8th, 2005, 07:49
yeah really, id like to know that too??

February 8th, 2005, 10:08
try uninstalling the card then install it again... if not, try to reconfigure your bios, there is an option there that says something about the card.. ill see what i can do...

February 9th, 2005, 01:02
i cant reinstall the game cuz i downloaded it off the p2p and cut and paste it into the program files and then found a halo.exe that works online

February 9th, 2005, 01:14
lmao haha.... try updating your bios.

February 9th, 2005, 01:47
how and the hell is that gonna fix a graphics card problem.....

February 9th, 2005, 02:55
wtf man, did you try it? I guessing not, so stfu and do it.

February 9th, 2005, 03:01
I don't think it's the BIOS either

February 9th, 2005, 03:38
>_< and its really annoying so i put the settings back to normal and i still have this problem

This whole thread is moot. You ruined the card.

Sorry to have to inform you.

February 9th, 2005, 04:08
To fire players: Overclocking is deadly...

February 9th, 2005, 04:14
Overclocking is not deadly if you have some sense and knowledge of the hardware.

February 9th, 2005, 07:37
I overclock all the time, you just have to know where to stop. You know, like not pushing your crappy card too far.

February 9th, 2005, 20:20
yea its getting worse to when i watch movies the screen starts messing up
also when i turn off the computer sometimes i try to turn it back on and the screen stays black
i guess i will buy a new one i mean the graphics card i have dont cost to much money anyways
