Hi!

If I link up with my brother to play "Pokemon Trading Card Game", the game becomes very laggy (around 15 fps). If we didnt link, the game is fluid. What could be the problem?

Are you two linking up to the same computer? If thats so I see no reason why thats the case.

Give more details my friend. Did you check your firewall settings? How fast is your current connection? Are you doing it in separate computers? Aldo malware is a issue in emulation try cleaning if the rest is fine :) Good luck
