I can some one tell me if nintendo 3ds will be available on the emulator zone??

Pretty sure there's still no available 3DS emulator. People are just barely figuring out how to homebrew the console, it will take some time for an emulator.

Yes the 3ds emulation is far from complete. If one were available it would be listed in the download section.
