Best laptop or laptop specs for ps2 emulator (ps3 if possible)

I want to buy a laptop i think for emulating because im using a AMD A8-3870 right now and that wont emulate shit

So i am considering buying a laptop OR
a ps2 portable mod

Your best and possibly only bet for a laptop that can emulate the PS2 would be the Asus republic of gamers laptop series. They usually have pretty decent graphics chips in them and good CPUs. The g74sx model that came out a few years ago with the GTX 560m could emulate PS2 beautifully so you should have no problem if you can grab one of the new g75sx laptops.
