Any good emulators out there for mobile phone games?

I'm mainly looking to play Final Fantasy VII: Before Crisis, but there are some other games I'd like to check out too.

Are there emulators that play games from different mobile platforms, or do you need to have one for each platform?

Most emulators are for one platform. There are some like no$gba that does nds and GBA but I dont know of any other emulators that do more then one hand held (if that what you mean by mobile) system.
