when i try to launch ppsspp appears that my gpu doent support open gl 2.0
my vga is intel chipset g33/g31 express chipset family

is this because of my vga?
is there a way to solve this problem without buy new vga?

Assuming this is a laptop? Looks like that is a non-replaceable vga card. Getting a new laptop would be the only option you have.

Good, you are in luck, get a decent card. If you need help list your computer specs or model number.

you need a gpu that supports open gl 2.0. The only way around that is to write a wrapper/driver but no one has. The entire setup you have is actually quite week for any emulation. Also note you are at the minimum requirement

CPU (Proccessor): a Dual core CPU x2 at 2.0Ghz.
GPU (Graphic card): your GPU must support at least OpenGL 2.0
RAM (Memory): 2 GB Ram

So you also will need to install more memory to run it.
