Configuration Problem!!

Hello. I am using ePSXe 1.9 and I got a prob. When I tried to go to Video Config my scroll pad was empty and when I tried to run an Iso it says " ePSXe is NOT completely configured go to config->video to configure it".
Please help me, and sorry for my bad english.

ePSXe told you "ePSXe is NOT completely configured go to config->video to configure it" ... So did you do that? Because that is what needs to be done, so what exactly is the problem?

The problem is that I cannot config it, cause when I click to "Select/Config Main Video Plugin" it's empty.

Look in the plugin folder and make sure you have some files in there. If you can, find a way to list everything in there for us.
