Im using newest version of DeSmuMe and tried it on two different roms of pokemon heart/gold.
It seems that after changing the location, or after fight there is random possibility that I got a graphic glitch and after another screen change Im getting black screen (at the gaming side only) and there is nothing I cant realy do about it:

Any idea how to fix it?
