Dragonball Z Budokai 3

I got a question! :p

I have a Pentium 4 with 2,6 ghz..
And a geforce fx 5500 128 ddr
My memory is 512 dual channel

I downloaded dragonball Z budokai 3 and use pcsx2 0.7 for it..
It works!!

but..

It's verry slow and i don't know what to do..

I use the Gs dx 9.0 800x600 56 hz and direct3d render

shaders: fixed pipeline

and the half vres: off

please help: this is the first time i use the emulator so i'm a noob..
