GC Rom file format problem.

I downloaded a GC rom for the Dolphin emulator. For whatever reason, it opens as a 7zip or WinRAR archive but the emulator only runs ISO files. Any possible way to fix the format?

You said it opens as a 7zip rar file? If so extract the contents and see what file format it is. Dolphin runs iso, gcm, gmz, and wmfs or whatever.
