Disabling MotionJoy?

I use MotionJoy with my PS3 controller for ePSXe, and everything works fine, however, I have other controllers I like to use for other EMUs and PC games. Everytime I plug another controller in, it still shows that it's working through MotionJoy, so I have to re-do all my configs.

Is there any way to turn off MotionJoy so I don't have to worry about this?
Again, I don't want to uninstall, just turn it on/off so I can only use it for programs that I want.

I'm using version 0.6.0005 if that helps
