What computer would you suggest for this...

I want to run wii and gc games using dolphin, but im wondering what computer can run games like tales of symphonia or resident evil. Any suggestions?
EDIT: i would like the games to run at 100%.

just get a latest intel i5 ivy bridge cpu, and you are fine

i recommend this one i5-3570K, its not very expensive and works for everything

i5 or faster. I can run it with all the bells and whistles with my 3rd gen i7.
