help needed with Chrono Cross

Alright, I am running this game with epsxe 1.52 and it worked perfectly until... I clikced the status button. WHenever i do that, it just shows me blank black screen forever. Do anyone know solutions to it?

well, chrono cross, will only work on the 1.5.2 version, not the new 1.6.0 version, so it has to be one of your plugins, what are your plugins that you are using, importantly your video plugin??

It runs well on my Celeron 850 MHz at full speed...
