Project64 problem after reinstall Computer

Hello Boy's and Girl's here is my problem

I use to have a fully working version of Project64 installed on my computer.
I had Rice's Video Plugin 6.0.0 and Azimer's Audio v0.40 Beta 2 installed.
When I run Pilotwings64 it worked like a sharm.

Now comes the sad part ..............

My computer Crashed and I had to install it all over again.

I Installed Project 64, the service pack and the plugins but it runs crap.

Images blur whem playing Pilotwings and almost every game stutters.
I do not remember having changed any settings in the video plugin.
But I tried to change some settings anyway.

I changed it from DirectX to OpenGl, This results in freezing up of the Project 64 program.
Them screen turns black and looks like this. (I removed the black part)

I think it has something to do with my drivers.
If so what driver do I have to use, I allready installed the most current version
