GameCube emulator with GBA link emulation?

I was wondering if there is a GameCube emulator that would allow me to emulate the link between the GameCube and Gameboy advance so I could do things like use the tingle tuner in the legend of Zelda wind waker?

I think there was a guide somewhere about this(google it), I've tried it myself on Dolphin with Zelda four swords and 4 gba emulators as the controllers and it was working just fine. Also, you don't need it at all to finish ZWW, unless you want to collect the extra figurine.
