View Full Version : Emulator Problem: Can't Seem to Make PS2 Controller Work on N64 Emulator

I have a wireless PS2 controller made by Katana and it works with most emulators (gameboy, DS, SNES, NES) but for N64 I just can't get it to fully work. I can't seem to be able to make the joysticks do anything. When I got to calibrate them in P64 nothing happens, but all of the other buttons do calibrate (also R3 and L3 do not calibrate).

I'm using a Twin USB Joystick adapter and I have a Windows 7 computer. Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks!

Questions.
Did you select the right controller in the upper right corner?
Is the controller in analog mode?
Did you try other plug-ins?

I can configure other buttons, so I'm assuming I have the right controller picked. What do you mean analog mode? I tried looking for it but couldn't find anything. Sorry for my ignorance about it, also what are some plug ins that could help?

I can configure other buttons, so I'm assuming I have the right controller picked Sorry I confused emulators, ignore that.

The ps2 has a red light to indicate analog mode. N-rage plug-in is my favorite.

All I had to do was press the button on the controller to make it work, I've been trying with random plug-ins for quite awhile but nothing seemed to work and that was all I had to do. Thank you so much!

ah ok, yeah that button make the controller go in to analog or digital mode.
