I've got all the graphics at max and yet the games are running at, I wish I was joking, 2835%. Now normally this figure drops as soon as I actually load my save file in any game. But recently its gotten so fast that I cannot actually load my file fast enough before it takes me back the to main menu for idling. So it only really does this at the menus of games, most recently Harvest Moon Animal Parade.

I really can't find a solution. So here's my computer specs, not sure what you actually need, I'm not very good with computers. If you can help, I will draw you a chicken or something because you're awesome.
