Hey, what do you people think the best emulator to run kof 2001, kof2002, snk vs capcom chaos and samurai showdown 5?

That's easy. Get Neo Mame 32k. I have every rom you listed playing very well. However Samurai Showdown 5 has major problems.

Edit a dat file for Nebula or compile MAME or FBA to your own version.
Alternatively, find hacked emulators which supports all games above through Google.

i run svc chaos and samsho5 in neorage x, my pc cant use mame coz mame runs slow on my machine. i have a very old pc but those games run great on neoragex (hack) :D

I have the rom files on my mame 32 kof dont work but my other games do like all the capcom fighters why is this and man i want my tekken series to work.
