Error while playing Naruto 3 (JAP)

I get this audio problem that show up on my screen whenever I play that naruto 3 game...and the display looks incomplete. I download dolphin and mscvr71 to play this game. Is there something I am missing?

You need to realize that though Dolphin can play several games it's not perfect. Anyway, a new version of Dolphin is out so you might want to try it.
