HELP. Which of these Androids is best for emulation??????????????

I have ATT and not a lot of cash, but I'm eligible for a phone upgrade, and i'm thinking of getting an android. I have limited options, but these are what I can get. Which would be best for emulating n64/gameboy/snes?? Are any of these good?

they have some specs on the site but i really dont know what to look for or what the numbers mean really

Which did you get ? and have you had any luck using it for emulation?

Anything better than a nexus one should play gba/snes games flawless, no idea about n64 though.
